Information technology'southward finally fourth dimension for me to look into upgrading my exhaust. The baffelectomy held me over for a year.
I need some communication on which set up of pipes sound the best. I like the lower more growls sounding pipes with some popular. Money is an object so Staintunes are out of the question. I don't want to annoy the neighbours or go deaf riding and then not the loudest pipes would arrange me only a helluva lot louder than stock.
I'm leaning towards the Norman Hyde Togas and also considering the Dominators Touring.

My friend has the Triumph off road pipes ( Yea OK ) for his 2013 Thruxton, and they sound fantastic. I've heard the Norman Hyde one's and they might upset your neighbour a bit. The Triumph pipes make his Thruxton sound like the old Bonneville's of years gone past.
Having heard both the Norman Hyde and the Triumph pipes, for me, I'd go for the Triumph pipes and enjoy the sound.

Laura, I put 1960's Triumph pipes on my T100. I had to buy adapters to fit them on the pipes. They sound really adept and not too loud.

I am ane of the one-time guys who actually rode Bonnevilles in the sixty'southward and I know what they should sound similar. I listened to them all and for me only the Togas give the authentic Bonnie sound. I've had a fix on my T100 now for 11 years and they still audio great and still look new.
I have learned the hard way that buying the "right" item is always less plush than trying to make a less costly item work out, as sooner or later yous will replace the "less plush" item.

Agree Gary, the Togas are as close as you volition get to sometime school sound. I've also had them close to 12 years and still await make new.
