Our host was very nice and the check-in and out process was easy. Spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and the value was excellent. A short taxi ride into the old town and Pinxtos bars but in a quiet area overlooking the river with a lovely terrace.

If you want to be in the center of Old San Sebastián, with close access to La Concha beach and all the wonderful bars and restaurants, including a Michelin rated one, then this is the place for you! Clara was our host and she was wonderful. We arrived in a rent a car and she guided us to parking near by as vehicles are not allowed in the old part.

She met us at the door right on time, and gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. The place was clean. We needed the heat which worked great. It is very close to the beach which we took advantage of, and very near a huge number of excellent places to eat. We were on the 3rd level and not only did they have stairs, there was also an elevator. There is also a grocery store and a fresh fruit and vegetable within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Perfect location if you are a surfer. View on the beach. Room is spacious enough but it is just that room. No common room or kitchen to chill or use the fridge. Compared to other places we stayed (bilbao, zarautz) felt a little too expansive for what we got. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bars restaurants are nearby at approx 10 min walk. Free parking at 20+ min walking distance, you can drop the luggage using the curb at the right corner if the house (beach side). In the street of the frontdoor itself hardly any spots.

Excellent location, host was great and gave us some nice tips on where to go. Apartment inside was lovely and had nearly all amenities required (was unable to find an iron but should have asked), but lovely living room and bedrooms. Kitchen came with some nice coffees and all bits and pieces to cook at home.
